(1) Vendor needs to provide graphic design services. – Provide graphic design services to support the development of print and digital communications that align with agency brand standards and effectively communicate the organization's mission, strategic priorities and public outreach objectives.– provide graphic design services on an as–needed basis, including working from existing templates, creating new designs, redesigning existing materials and providing ongoing production support.– Work may include employee communications, customer communications, community outreach materials and Board communications.– Graphic design for print and digital communications.– Development of original layouts, illustrations and infographics.– Modification and enhancement of existing agency templates and branded materials.– Design deliverables:– Monthly water news.– PowerPoint presentation templates.– Infographics.– Brochures and mailers.– Email banners.– Social media graphics.– Digital graphics.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.
