Community Recreation Center - Phase 2 Tenant Improvements

The Town of Mammoth Lakes will receive sealed Bid Proposals for the work shown on the plans entitled: Community Recreation Center - Phase 2 Tenant Improvements until 2:00PM on Friday, September 27, 2024. The project base bid includes the addition of stairs and an elevator lift to the top of the existing locker rooms with installation of flooring and bleachers, construction of an exterior steel pergola, and roofing on the existing CMU trash enclosure. Several project Alternates include miscellaneous completion items from Phase 1 of the Community Recreation Center construction. The project will be awarded on the basis of the base bid only. The work includes full compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. The work shall be completed within the time set forth in the Contract. The base bid engineer's estimate is $650,00-$750,000. Project Alternates may or may not be awarded.
