Syracuse Housing Strategies Corporation RFP for Design & Construction Specialists

The Syracuse Housing Strategies Corporation invites qualified firms to submit proposals to provide on-call design and construction consultation services necessary to assist residents in the planning and follow-through of moderate-to-substantial homeowner renovation projects funded by the Syracuse Housing Strategies Corporation. The newly established Homeowner Renovation Program, administered by the Syracuse Housing Strategies Corporation, will provide grants and loans to homeowners to complete a range of basic to substantial interior and exterior renovation projects aimed at increasing the assessed value, aesthetic quality, and livability of the home. The Homeowner Renovation Program is open on a limited basis to homeowners in the Salt Springs and Tipperary Hill neighborhoods.
