Anskaffelsens formål er å inngå kontrakt om innleie av arealplanmedarbeider til ordinær saksbehandling i NVEs arealplanseksjon. Arbeidsoppgavene vil ha hovedvekt på utarbeidelse av høringsuttalelser ved varsel om oppstart av kommunale arealplaner samt uttalelser og/eller innsigelser ved offentlig ettersyn av planforslag.
