CLEANING-13210 - USA (Asheville, North Carolina) - Janitorial Services - Deadline August 7,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Asheville, NC.– Empty all trashcans – Replace trashcan liners – Deposit all trash and boxes in dumpster. – Clean countertops, sink and floor in kitchen. – Dust all ledges, sills and partitions to keep clean and free of dust. – Dust and damp wipe all horizontal surfaces. – Clean grills on heat and air conditioning ducts and air returns.  – All consumable supplies (i.e. toilet tissue, paper towels, hand soap, chemicals, deodorizers, cleaning supplies and trash can liners, ashtray, or cigarette urn sand, etc.).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Mandatory site visit will be held on July 28, 2026.
