Description
Contract. The City of New Orleans (“City”) solicits bids to obtain a one-year requirements contract for Repairs and Services for International Trucks and Related Equipment. This contract does not guarantee any purchases will be made. Contractor shall take no action under this Contract unless specifically requested by the City of New Orleans, which shall submit a written purchase order to the Contractor requesting that work be performed or product delivered.
