(1) Vendor needs to provide classroom renovation project services to the government authority located in Flint, MI.– Restore one (1) classroom, Room 212, back to renovated condition.– A recent HVAC related flood rendered the classroom unusable.– The intent of the project is to match all existing room finishes and HVAC related items to the recently installed items.– Items to be included: all casework, ceiling pads (not ceiling grid) and VAV unit. Plumbing fixtures that can be salvaged and reinstalled should be re used.
