(1) Vendor needs to provide loading, hauling, and disposal service of scum to the government authority located in Detroit, MI. – Scum skimmed from the rectangular tanks shall be conveyed to scum houses 1 through 7.– Scum shall then be pumped into portable containers or transport vehicles.– All scum off–site for stabilization and final disposal at an approved landfill facility.– Scum generated in the circular tanks shall be removed at scum houses 8 through 14 and temporarily stored in hoppers.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.
