Vendor needs to provide IT support services to the government authority located in Fort Shafter, HI.– Contractor personnel shall coordinate with the COR and NEC to load, configure, and troubleshoot standard end–user software– Contractor personnel shall follow system access, operation, maintenance, and disposition policies for all GFE.– . Contractor personnel shall provide Tier I and Tier II help desk and desktop touch labor on Net and SIPRNet, including incident triage, troubleshooting, account management, software installation, hardware break/fix coordination, and escalation to the agency.– Contractor personnel shall create, remove, or edit user accounts in (Active Directory SIPR only) and supported systems. Microsoft 365 (M365) user account management, including but not limited to Microsoft Intune administration, Delegation Station operations, and other M365 user management tools as directed by the Government, is included under this requirement.– Contractor personnel shall diagnose and repair software or hardware computer problems
