Vendor needs to provide debris disposal services to the government authority located in Woodbridge, WA.– The contractor shall, on an as needed basis, accept debris for disposal, which is delivered by county government owned and leased vehicles and vehicles operated by companies working for county government, for delivery, dumping, and disposal of debris into contractor's legally permitted and operated landfill during contractor's regular business hours.– Dumping tickets shall reflect the appropriate dumping dates and times. Copies of dumping tickets shall be provided with each invoice for payment.– Invoices shall be submitted monthly, no later than the 15th of the month following the month in which services were performed.– Other debris, and other vehicles and equipment used for hauling and dumping debris, may be added to the contract if mutually agreed upon between the two parties by a written contract modification.
