CLEANING-13645 - USA (Boise, Idaho) - Custodial Services - Deadline September 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide Custodial Services to the government authority located in Boise, ID.– Services five (5) days per week, Monday through Friday.– Dispose of trash and recyclable materials in the appropriate exterior dumpsters. – Keep lobby and reception areas free of visible litter, debris, and custodial waste resulting from Contractor activities. – Clean and sanitize restroom fixtures. – Address minor clogs in restroom fixtures and facilities as reasonably necessary in connection with normal custodial service. – Clean restroom partitions. – Clean and sanitize countertops, sinks, and other applicable restroom surfaces – Empty and properly service feminine hygiene receptacles. – Sweep restroom floors. – Wet mop restroom floors. – Empty trash receptacles. – Replace liners as necessary. – Leave restroom areas clean, sanitary, orderly, and appropriately stocked at completion of service. – Replace liners as necessary. – Vacuum all applicable carpeted areas. – Vacuum carpet mats. (2) A mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 02, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 2, 2026.
