(1) Vendor needs to provide public art consultant services.– The Transit Art Consultant will help identify and implement integrated permanent and temporary public art that reflects Henderson’s cultural identity, environmental context, and long–term stewardship needs. – Development of a Technical best practices package based on the proposed Public Art. – Community engagement planning and facilitation. – Preparation of Artist recruitment and selection package. – Development of maintenance best practices package based on site conditions and climate (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.
