(1) Vendor needs to provide parking access and revenue control system. – Provide design a modern parking access and revenue control system.– Design a modern parking access and revenue control system to integrate with current infrastructure.– System is to have optional automated tracking of vehicle entry, exit and provide staff with live occupancy reporting.– System is to feature integrated metering and billing for public Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations.– System is to feature multiple billing options to separate MVP visitors from Capital Center overflow.– System is to provide modern parking and billing solutions for event parking, monthly parking, staff parking, suite lease holders, and convention organizers.– Design and advise on payment terminals that accept multiple payment methods, including: Credit, Debit, Cash, and Digital or Smart Payment Options (Eg Google Pay, Apple Pay).– Advise on lifecycle management and maintenance of any prescribed systems.(2) Pre–bid onsite visit will be held on September 2, 2026.
