HEALTH-10848 - USA (Poughkeepsie, New York) - Mobile Crisis Intervention Team Service - Deadline October 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide mobile crisis intervention team service to the government authority located in Poughkeepsie, NY. – Contractor to develop and operate a mobile crisis intervention team (MCIT) to serve individuals with mental health challenges and substance use disorders.– The MCIT will be composed of licensed mental health professionals and certified peers who can effectively and appropriately intervene in a behavioral health crisis with individuals across the lifespan. – Provide services in a trauma–informed, recovery oriented and culturally and linguistically competent manner.– Engage with individuals to identify follow– up services to prevent further behavioral health crises.– Provide services in the community where the individual is experiencing a crisis 365 days a year, 24 hours per day and ensure coverage for all shifts for all employees including holidays, sick time, vacation time, personal time, and unscheduled time off.– Engage with individuals support networks when necessary.– Mobile crisis services include:• Telephonic triage and crisis response.• Face to face mobile crisis response.• Telephonic crisis follow–up.• Mobile crisis follow–up.• Assess the immediate crisis and facilitate resolution and de–escalation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 05, 2026.
