(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise phone replacement service. – Provide a complete turnkey enterprise communications solution, including all labor, hardware, software, licensing, implementation, testing, documentation, training, warranty, and support. – Cisco unified communications manager (CUCM) environment and associated telecommunications equipment following successful migration to and final acceptance of the proposed solution.– Cisco unified communications manager (CUCM) enterprise telephone system supporting administrative desk–phone communications. – Perform a comprehensive assessment and independently validate the existing CUCM environment, inventory, network, carrier services, integrations, and site conditions. – Integrate with Microsoft 365, Outlook, calendars, and Microsoft Entra ID for authentication, Single Sign–On, provisioning, group–based administration, and directory synchronization.– Provide Enhanced 911 capabilities with accurate emergency–calling location information for each applicable location, user, device, and remote–use scenario.– The NICE CXone customer service call center platform.– Cisco Unified Communications Manager platform and associated administrative desk phones.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.
