(1) Vendor needs to provide golf management software and credit card merchant services. – A fully integrated golf management system and point of sale (POS) solution for golf operations, encompassing payment software, tee time and golf tournament management, restaurant operations, golf shop retail, and customer engagement. – System must support advanced multi–merchant (split) processing, robust reporting, seamless integration for tee–time management, and comprehensive features for both the golf facility and restaurant operations.– The preferred system would also include website management, mobile applications, group email server, customer database for prepaid gift certificates, and e–commerce.– Provider must implement a multi–payment point–of–sales system and golf management system that can efficiently manage golf course and restaurant operations.– Mobile Application hosting that is tied to the website and point–of–sale system.– Accessing the system on mobile devices for on–course or clubhouse flexibility.– Group email servers for golf employees.– Golf tournament management, and entry fee collection capabilities.– Restaurant and special event rental reservation processing.– Gift certificate and prepaid round management.– Website hosting, and website integration.– E–commerce capabilities (online webstore).– Real–time stock levels, ingredient–level tracking, and automatic reorder points.– Integrated tee sheet: seamless, real–time booking, check–in, and payment processing.– Restaurant management solution.– Remote access for reporting.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 29, 2026.
