(1) Vendor needs to provide university bookstore management service to the government authority located in Chapel Hill, NC. – Provide traditional university campus store business is in a transformational period, and it is the intent be on the cutting–edge of campus retail services.  – Create a centric destination or retail facility and website.– Utilize technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve efficiencies, business processes, reporting, and the customer experience.– Innovative and proactive partner to establish the premier campus store in the nation.– Ensure the campus store supports the university’s strategic priorities (i.e., accessibility, affordability, OER, etc.).– Provide a campus store that features innovative retail products and services.– Refresh merchandise multiple times throughout the year.– Enhance reporting of adoption data, course materials affordability data, and financial data.(2) Pre–bid mandatory meeting will be held on July 30, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 03, 2026.
