DISPOS-9548 - USA (San Patricio, Texas) - Debris Monitoring services - Deadline August 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide debris monitoring services to the government authority located in San Patricio, TX.– Debris Monitoring services to monitor the removal, process, and lawfully disposal of disaster–generated debris from public property and public rights–of–way.A. Contractor shall be capable of mobilizing key personnel within 48 hours of written notice.B. Providing technical support and guidance in selecting a debris removal contractor. Thisshall include the preparation, review, and recommendations of Request for Proposals and/or Bids for debris removal.C. The selected debris monitoring firm and its affiliates shall be expressly prohibited fromsubmitting a proposal for, or having a financial interest in, any debris removal contract forwhich the firm provided procurement assistance under this agreement. The firm shallsubmit an Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) mitigation plan as part of its proposaladdressing this specific task.D. Coordinating daily briefings, work progress, staffing, and other key items with the County.E. Providing support with the selection and permitting of agency locations and other permitting/regulatory issues as requestedF. Scheduling work for team members and contractors daily.G. Hiring, scheduling, and managing field staff.H. Monitoring recovery contractor operations and making/implementing recommendations toimprove efficiency and speed up recovery work.I. Assisting the County with responding to public concerns and comments.J. Certifying contractor vehicles for debris removal using methodology and documentationpractices appropriate for contract monitoring.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
