Financial Advisor TIF District

The City of Cleveland adopted a tax-increment financing (TIF) district over its downtown business district as an innovative strategy to finance its Shore-to-Core-to-Shore vision. Public and private partners are working together to leverage resources and expertise in pursuit of the Shore-to-Core-to-Shore vision. The City and its partners will progressively finance and execute the public improvements from conceptual design to construction. To ensure accurate and detailed revenue projections for issuing debt and to fully analyze opportunities and risk, the City is seeking external expertise to supplement its in-house capabilities. The ideal consultant will provide financial advisory consulting services including, but not limited to, analyzing financing options using the City’s recently established Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District. The budget for this RFQ is not to exceed $100,000.
