(1) Vendor needs to provide construction, materials, and civil rights software.– Construction Administration, Materials Management, and Civil Rights & Labor Compliance software.– Solutions to replace the existing custom developed legacy Construction Automated Records System (CARS), Materials Microsoft Access databases, web–based applications, excel spreadsheets, and PDF forms, incorporate contractor and subcontractor management, and to automate existing manual processes and workflows.– Integration with our internal document management system.– Complex data migration requirements to ensure continuity and data integrity.– System captures and uses GIS data (included, but not limited to: locations, coordinates, sample points, material deliveries, pictures, pay quantities, roadway assets, alignment/stationing).– Map visualization capabilities and integration with the State’s ESRI based environment, linear referencing system, map services, and asset inventory management system.– Include GIS enabled mobile features (field maps, geotagged photos, location linked observations) – and how these features improve the efficiency or accuracy of construction management processes.
