DISPOS-9448 - USA (Texas) - Property Boundary Vegetation Removal, Pruning and Related items Supplies - Deadline August 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide property boundary vegetation removal, pruning and related items supplies to the government authority located in TX.– Removal and disposal of all debris generated by vegetation cutting is incidental to the Vegetation Removal and Pruning along Property Boundaries pay item and shall not be measured separately– Areas to be cleared will be measured in the field– Measurements will be taken from the fence line, established limits, or outer edge of the right–of–way limit to the leading edge of the furthest woody stem, not to the edge of the overhanging canopy– Remove and dispose of all trees, brush, limbs, vines, or other debris generated by this activity in an approved landfill or green waste recycling center.– Occasionally, project sites will allow for the use of a chipper to reduce the debris. Debris may be reduced and left onsite by chipping and spreading the chips on flat areas to a depth of no more than three (3) inches– Avoid damage to desirable trees– Avoid damage to public or private property, including fences(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026(4) Mandatory Pre–Bid Meeting will be held on July 21, 2026
