TRWD is hereby requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide materials testing services. Vendors will be selected to perform testing, recording and reporting tasks including but not limited to steel weld inspections, typical concrete testing procedures, and typical soils testing, compaction and related reporting. TRWD Pipeline projects include Cedar Creek Section II Phase 1B – Replace 10 miles large diameter PCCP with Steel Pipe Cedar Creek Section IV - Replace 8 miles large diameter PCCP with Steel Pipe Do not provide any fee estimates, pricing or billing rate information as part of the SOQ submittal.
