(1) Vendor needs to provide certified access specialist firms service to work with District staff, contractors and design firms for activities including evaluating existing conditions, providing design input for new construction, inspecting new installations to the government authority located in Larimer, CO.– Inspections/on–site assessments are anticipated to include at a minimum: examination of parking, entrances, pathways, restrooms, ramps, signage, and overall structural accessibility for whole building and public spaces.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 1, 2026.
