Vendor needs to provide asset management plan services to the government authority located in Springfield, MO.1. Project kick–off and asset management visioning:– During the kick–off meeting, the awarded project team should review the project approach, confirm the selected facilities, identify available data sources, and discuss expectations for stakeholder participation throughout the project. Existing data in information systems, including maintenance management and GIS.2. Asset inventory:– Develop a comprehensive inventory of building and site assets within the listed facilities and establish the data framework required to support informed asset management decisions.– Building assets may include roofs, HVAC systems, lighting, doors, flooring, windows, and other building components.– Site assets may include picnic tables, drinking fountains, area lighting, trash receptacles, parking lots, walkways, fencing, and other infrastructure that supports park operations and service delivery.3. Software implementation:– This platform should be designed to complement existing systems, including maintenance management, GIS, and financial systems. This platform should provide visibility into asset inventory, condition, risk, replacement needs, and long–term funding requirements.
