(1) Vendor needs to provide cleaning service to the government authority located in Newark, NJ. • Provide cleaning of the locations shall include, performed five times per week, Monday through Friday, with all work to begin at a negotiated time.• Provide a crew of reliable and experienced staff to perform all the cleaning services.• Empty and clean all wastebaskets and other waste containers and insert new and appropriate plastic liners in all wastebaskets and containers daily.• Clean by sweeping, vacuuming and dust mop all floors, offices and open spaces. • Return furniture, chairs, etc. to their appropriate location, including mats and runners.• Clean, sanitize and disinfect all bathrooms and breakroom.• Clean all windows and glass doors and frames to remove hand marks and smudges.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
