(1) Vendor needs to provide boundary geospatial dataset production support services to the government authority located in Washington, DC. – The contractor shall produce, validate, and deliver a complete, publication–ready national geospatial dataset representing the ports and waterways identified.– The contractor shall submit a proposed technical methodology, data schema, quality–control approach, and representative pilot dataset before beginning full national production. – Port and waterway geospatial dataset production– Delivery of publication–ready data.– Quality assurance and validation. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026(3) This bid is Set–Aside for Total Small Business.
