(1) Vendor needs to provide licensure management database services and platform.– Custom built platform with secure access controls and not an off–the–shelf platform– Must provide role–based access for the following user types including but not limited to admin, board members, non–licensed board members, licensees, and public.– Responsive design for desktops and mobile devices that must be ADA Compliant.– Must support Application Programming Interface (API) for integration– Secure data encryption and compliance with relevant data security standards to ensure protection of sensitive licensee data.– Must have multi–factor authentication for enhanced security for all users– Multiple online licensure applications such as including but not limited to standard applications, renewals, reinstatements, name change requests, verification of licensure and public records requests(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
