(1) Vendor needs to provide graphic design and layout services. – Work may include, but is not limited to, the Annual Report, thematic and technical reports, toolkits, practice guides and manuals.– This includes cover and internal page design, layout and typesetting of resource content, development of infographics and data visualisations to present key statistics and results clearly, and consistent application of the Organization’s existing branding and style guidelines across all publication types.• Provide graphic design, layout and production services for Organization publications on an as–needed basis working from concept through to a final, dissemination–ready product in close collaboration with the Organization secretariat.• For the initial activity order, produce a first draft layout of the Organization Annual Report for review and feedback, then refine the design based on feedback to produce a final, production–ready version for distribution.• Develop raw and full design concepts for APF toolkits and manuals (for example, thematic guides on issues such as gender equality, torture prevention, or the climate change and the environment).• Develop raw and full design concepts for Organization thematic and technical reports, policy briefs (for example, APF human rights defenders working group outputs and reporting).(2) The contract period will be for one year.
