The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to secure technical assistance to facilitate the update of the North Carolina Enhanced State Hazard Mitigation Plan. The selected vendor/contractor shall coordinate meetings to solicit input from a variety of stakeholders, provides documentation of each interaction, and provide a draft update for state and federal review and a final plan copy for adoption following FEMA approval.
