(1) Vendor needs to provide mobile crisis response van services to the government authority located in Troy, MI.– Provide a mobile crisis response van that will be equipped to assist our mobile crisis team with trauma–informed, person–centered behavioral health crisis response to individuals experiencing mental health, substance use, or co–occurring behavioral health crises.– Services shall divert individuals from unnecessary emergency department visits, law enforcement involvement, and psychiatric hospitalization whenever clinically appropriate.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 19,2026.
