(1) Vendor needs to provide wildlife health information database management system. – Solution and service provider who is able to design, develop, and manage a vendor supported comprehensive and user–friendly Wildlife Health Database Management system.– The system must support the agency Wildlife Health staff to efficiently and effectively store, manage, and organize data, information, and associated artifacts related to live and dead animal samples, diagnostics, necropsies, and test results from agency Wildlife Health surveillance and research activities.• Streamlines data entry and storage (via manual and bulk uploads) • Centralizes data • Improves data standardization • Relates a wide array of data points together in a variety of ways • Scalable to accommodate an increase in the data collected • Flexible to configure new research and surveillance data points, diagnostic tests, and test results • Provides functionality to access data quickly to conduct standard and ad hoc queries, and generate ad hoc reports • Provides easy access to analysis/reporting tools • Creates a user–friendly experience – A solution that will improve efficiency of operations and enable agile changes and enhancements to the system. – This project would include system development, provisioning, implementation, maintenance, and future enhancements.– System implementation, and provisioning includes planning, design, development, testing, pilot projects, installation, training, support, and the continued operation of all system activities.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.
