(1) Vendor needs to provide occupational health services to the government authority located in Bozeman, MT.– Provide occupational health services for candidates and employees.– Pre–employment medical evaluations for a variety of municipal positions to include police officers, firefighters, and maintenance and labor positions, with coordination and review of out–of–area exams as needed.– Drug and alcohol testing.– Workers’ compensation and occupational injury.– Periodic ergonomics assessments of employee workstations.– Job–related immunizations, CDL physicals for medical examiner’s certificates, DOT and non–DOT drug and alcohol testing, fitness for duty examinations(2) The contract period will be for one year.
