(1) Vendor needs to provide web design, development, maintenance and security support services.– Provide support for the development, maintenance and security of its website and microsites.– Providing support throughout all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance. – This includes the design, development and launch of new web–based applications as required.– Provide recommendations based on user–centered design principles that aim to maximize user engagement while ensuring visual consistency, brand alignment and adherence to established design standards across all websites.– Ensure that software development best practices and sound architectural principles are consistently followed, delivering expert technical recommendations and solutions to improve website usability, accessibility, performance, search engine optimization (SEO) and generative engine optimization (GEO), security and responsiveness across devices and browsers. – Advise on and implement cost–effective solutions tailored to the technical requirements of the websites, balancing functionality, scalability, maintainability and long–term sustainability.– This should include recommendations related to website architecture, security, performance, accessibility, SEO, GEO, platform upgrades, technology roadmap considerations and other improvements that may inform future planning and prioritization.
