(1) Vendor needs to provide professional facilitation, retreat, and development services to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA. – Soft Skills, Team–Building Design and Facilitation:• Produce meeting and retreats that could be half–day or full day, in–person, virtual or hybrid; and be convened as one–off sessions or part of a series.• Provide the option for teams to either select a standard curriculum or customized approach based on needs and budget.– Curriculum, Material Design and Revision:• Develop and review materials in advance, based on direction from team leads and assessment of team challenges and needs.– Planning and Project Management:• Serve as the project lead and manage planning and project management for sessions and supportive curriculum or materials development from start to finish whether for a retreat, facilitation of meetings or series of meetings, and one–on–one mentoring and coaching.– Executive and Leadership Coaching:• Provide one on one professional coaching for management and senior leaders.• Provide tools for developing new skills or expanding on current skill gap areas.– Speaking Engagements:• Provide engaging and informative presentations, seminars, keynote–style sessions, or other speaking engagements focused on leadership, professional development, team effectiveness, workplace relationships, and employee engagement.– Meeting and Debrief Facilitation:• Serve as lead facilitator for the retreat itself as well as developing a debrief with recommendations and reviewing with team leads to support next steps(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026.
