CLEANING-13928 - USA (Raleigh, North Carolina) - Janitorial Services - Deadline October 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Raleigh, NC.– Normal day–to–day cleaning refers to the routine janitorial services required on the regular cleaning schedule, including recurring tasks such as trash removal, restroom cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and other standard custodial services.– The Daily General Cleaning Duties of the Daytime Personnel, for this contract, will be performed between the hours of 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM. – The Daily General Cleaning for Evening Personnel nightly cleaning duties, for this contract, will be performed between the hours of 5:00 PM and 11:00 PM – Perform daily daytime janitorial services: No more than two (2) day porters to perform designated janitorial services in the building starting no earlier than 12:00 PM ET daily, Monday through Friday. – Clean and disinfect entrance doors to all areas throughout the day. – Clean marks and handprints from doors, walls, and surfaces. – Sweep outside entrances, porches, alleys, loading dock, (hose down, if necessary). All floors must be kept clean, dirt and trash free. – Empty wastebaskets and remove trash to disposal area as needed throughout the building including exterior entrances. – Clean and disinfect conference rooms, empty trash, straighten throughout the day. – Collect and dispose of any loose trash. (2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 07, 2026.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026.
