(1) Vendor needs to provide association management services to the government authority located in Colorado. – Provide comprehensive management of the agency’s operations, including the following functions:A. Membership Support• Serve as a welcoming, professional point of contact for members at events and by email, and help onboard and engage members.• Handle event cancellations, refunds, and credits, and monitor member and non–member registration and pricing integrity.B. Sponsorship Program • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with the agency’s sponsors, who are predominantly Colorado law firms and the agency’s principal source of funding, serving as a credible, professional liaison to law firm partners, business development, and marketing teams, and proactively driving sponsorship renewals and new sponsorships.• Manage the annual sponsorship program supporting 15 to 20 sponsors across tiered levels (Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Industry sponsorships, ranging from approximately $3,500 to $20,000). Prepare and release the annual sponsorship packet (targeted for October 1), manage renewals and first–right–of–refusal, and maintain sponsorship inventory.• Prepare invoices, collect and deposit sponsor payments, track paid and outstanding status, and collect IRS Forms W–9.C. Communications, Website, and Digital Platforms:• Produce regular member email communications and event marketing.• Maintain the agency’s webpages on the platform (events, leadership, sponsors, newsletters, and related pages) and manage the agency’s LinkedIn presence in a professional, non–political manner that celebrates our members and sponsors.• Administer the agency’s operating platforms, including event and registration software (Cvent), email and marketing tools, virtual–meeting tools, and related systems.F.
