Description
The City of Tucson is seeking proposals for qualified and experienced firms or organizations to provide wellness screenings for all non-probationary employees of the Tucson Police Department (TPD). The agency currently employs approximately 885 Commissioned and 263 Professional Staff. This number is only an estimate and the TPD reserves the right to increase or decrease this amount during the contract period. These Wellness Screenings shall be part of a TPD focus of overall employee wellness and are prioritized to enhance employee physical and mental wellness and reduce risks for job related injuries and illness. This contract will be divided into two groups: Group 1 -Annual Physical Health Wellness Screening for all non-probationary TPD employees Group 2- Annual Mental Health Wellness Screening for non-probationary TPD employees Offerors may submit proposals for one or both groups. The City intends to award to multiple providers within each group.
