(1) Vendor needs to provide security officer services to the government authority located in Aurora, CO.• Provide uniformed armed security services with defined hourly rate structures for multiple city buildings, parking lots, parks and other facilities and grounds as required.a. Have a depth of staff to always ensure coverage.b. Have adequate staffing for special events throughout the city which may include holiday events, overnight services or emergency services.c. Provide consistent officers who can develop an understanding of the facilities and their needs and establish professional relationships with staff and regular customers.d. Have a method for real–time security officer touring that uses GPS–tagged “checkpoints” for a digital audit trail of patrols.e. Use electronic incident reporting.f. Provide and maintain radios, or mobile devices.g. Have company senior staff who are expected to communicate proactively provide current contact lists with names, phone numbers and emails where they may be reached and correspond in a timely manner with city staff contacts regarding staffing, billing, or other matters.h. Provide patrol vehicles.i. Adhere to the agency Core 4 philosophy or Integrity, Customer Service, Respect and Professionalism.• Provide periodic management level site inspection (at least bi–weekly, onsite) Such visits shall be logged and documented.• Perform patrols rounds inside/outside of City facility or grounds with times, specific rooms or areas• Observe for any suspicious activity• Door checks.• Take steps to positively solve or de–escalate potential customer behavior issues• Work proactively with customers to help solve their problems in a non–threating or intimidating way and provide alternatives to customers when possible• Preserves order and may act to enforce policies pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026 (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 23, 2026
