CONS-23846 - USA (Rhode Island) - Stormwater and Drainage System Maintenance, Construction, Asset Management and Prevention Services - Deadline October 7,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide stormwater and drainage system maintenance, construction, asset management and prevention services to the government authority located in RI. – Provide stormwater and drainage system maintenance and construction for repairs, replacements, asset management services and preservation work.• Stormwater and drainage system maintenance:– Cleaning, adjusting, repairing, rebuilding/reconstructing existing stormwater and drainage system assets, including catch basins, manholes, inlet and outlet structures.– Performing minor roadway repairs, replacements and restoration in the areas immediately adjacent to such stormwater and drainage assets.– Performing rapid response emergency maintenance work.• Construction and site work:– Moving, excavating, transporting, replacing, refilling, grading and compacting surface and subsurface materials.– Asphalt paving, crack filling, seal coating and line striping.– Removing tree stumps and other vegetative structures.– Seeding, liming and fertilizing lawn installations.– Installing and replacing pavement, traffic control structures, drainage structures and components, including concrete, asphalt and granite curbing, and concrete and PVC drainage pipes• Asset management and preservation:– Performing preventative maintenance on existing routine inspections aligned with operation and maintenance plans, regular maintenance of sediment forebays, infiltration areas, detention areas, outlet structures, hydrodynamic separators, catch basins, drainage manholes, and drainage pipes for the purpose of extending the useful service life of agency’s drainage system assets.– Conducting routine inspections, cleaning and sediment removal, and minor repairs of STUs, catch basins, manholes, culverts, and stormwater conveyance systems.– Maintaining or restoring infiltration areas, sediment forebays, outlet structures, and hydrodynamic separators, deep sump catch basins, catch basin and drainage manhole cleanouts.• Traffic control.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.
