(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise content management system.– Implementation of an enterprise content management system (CMS) to support the organization’s higher education web presence.– Provide a secure, scalable, accessible, user–friendly, and sustainable platform for managing content across multiple websites, departments, campuses, and audiences.– Solution should also support organizational governance, workflow, integrations, analytics, search engine optimization, personalization, content lifecycle management, artificial intelligence, and long–term digital strategy.– CMS that will provide a strong foundation for its current digital needs while supporting future technological innovation and evolving expectations for web content management, digital experiences, and artificial intelligence.– System handles deletion of pages, images, documents, and other content assets.– CMS supports shareable or reusable web components and content.– Features that help content contributors and website managers evaluate content effectiveness.– CMS provide AI–assisted content creation, editing, rewriting, summarization, translation, or optimization.– AI–generated search results provide citations, references, or links to source content.– AI–assisted SEO recommendations.– AI–generated image alternative text.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 5,2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
