(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering services to the government authority located in Bristol, CT.– Provide civil, environmental, transportation, structural, geotechnical, stormwater, and related municipal engineering assistance.– Research existing conditions, records, prior plans, easements, rights–of–way, utilities, ordinances, regulations, permits, and available mapping.– Conduct field observations, measurements, inventories, condition assessments, and limited investigations appropriate to an assignment.– Perform limited feasibility, constructability, phasing, utility–conflict, accessibility, permitting, maintenance, and life–cycle evaluations to support planning and decision–making.– Develop project budgets, schedules, prioritization criteria, scopes, and capital improvement recommendations.– Review third–party estimates, contractor proposals, change–order pricing, unit prices, quantities, and requests for payment.– Prepare maps, figures, exhibits, sketches, plan markups, graphics, and presentation materials for public meetings, boards, commissions, funding requests, internal coordination, and resident communication.– Digitize or update engineering plans and records and prepare right–of–way, utility, sanitary sewer, stormwater, parcel, assessor, infrastructure, and project mapping from available information.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 09, 2026.
