EXTRA-79058 - USA (Jordan, North Carolina) - Lands Rules Compliance and Managed Service - Deadline December 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide lands rules compliance and managed service to the government authority located in Jordan, NC.• Review the existing methodology for accounting for past practices and cost–per–pound–of–reduction calculations.• Create a ledger and general accounting framework to track nutrient loading, treatment credit, and associated costs over time.• Development Practices and Loading Assessment: Review development practices and estimate nutrient loading from existing development that has occurred since 2001, for use in establishing a baseline for compliance accounting.• Existing Managed Lands Applicability Assessment: Evaluate how the Town's existing ordinances align with, satisfy, or provide a pathway toward compliance with the agency Lands rule as currently proposed.• Compliance Alternatives Analysis– Identify and evaluate accounting alternatives available to the Town to apply required stormwater treatment toward compliance with the proposed rule, including but not limited to:• Conventional compliance approach• Individual Investment–Based Program• Group Compliance Investment–Based Option(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 16, 2026.
