(1) Vendor needs to provide bond counsel services for the single family and multifamily bond programs services to the government authority located in Des Moines, IA.– Bond Counsel will serve as the primary legal advisor to the Authority regarding state and federal law, tax matters, and securities regulations associated with the Authority's debt issuance.– Legal Opinions and Federal Tax Matters– Document Preparation, Review, and Transaction Support– Programmatic Matters– Board Support, Governance, and Continuing Disclosure– Legislative, Regulatory, and Audit Representation(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026(3) The contract period will be for four years.
