(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated enterprise reporting and information management platform. – To provide a commercial off–the–shelf enterprise–level reporting and analytics platform to provide mission critical reporting functions. – To procure a secure, scalable, and standardized reporting and information management solution that supports institutional reporting needs, improves access to data, and enhances data–driven decision–making for enrollment management, academic operations, student housing, accreditation, compliance, and executive operations, in accordance with State procurement regulations as specified herein.• Software licensing or subscription services • System implementation and configuration • Integration with State–authorized data sources and systems • Security and role–based access configuration • Knowledge transfer and training 6.
