(1) Vendor needs to provide attorney services to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NM.  – Legal services to oversee and assist in managing all city related legal matters, ensuring maximum protection of legal rights and continued operation consistent with federal, state and local laws.– Attorney services on an as needed basis, as hereafter stated, for customary and incidental services.– Provide legal advice and consultation.– Attorney and legal services.– Planning and zoning.– Contract law and sunshine law matters.       (2) The contract period will be for one year.
