(1) Vendor needs to provide fire protection system repair services to the government authority located in Springfield, MO.• Furnish a quote based on deficiencies report prior to beginning any repair work.• All repair work must be authorized by the district.• Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, permits (if required), and supervisionnecessary to complete repairs.• Retore systems to full operational status and compliance with applicable codes.• Coordinate work with District personnel to minimize disruption to District classes or activities.• Test repaired system upon completion• Provide documentation that deficiencies have been corrected.• Once the repair work is completed and tested, the contractor shall communicate with the Compliance Engine that the repair has been completed and is successful.• Place, or placed over the yellow or red tag to signify that repairs have been made according to the• Yellow tag is placed on the deficient equipment, once repaired, a green tag shall be put in its place, or placed over the yellow or red tag to signify that repairs have been made according to the fire marshal’s requirements.• Repair materials shall be new unless otherwise approved.• Replacement parts shall be compatible with existing systems.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2026.
