(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial maintenance service to the government authority located in Evanston, WY. – Brass – Clean and polish bottom brass strip daily. Remaining strips to be cleaned two (2) times per week.– Contractor will be required to maintain a weed free grass turf.– Clean sidewalks and stairs of snow as necessary.(2) A mandatory pre–bid inspection and conference will be held on August 11, 2026.
