(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering services to the government authority located in Pennsylvania.– Engineering consulting firms to provide comprehensive professional services for the planning, survey, environmental review, design, and construction phase support for a new shared–use walking and bicycle trail.– Conduct a topographic survey of the full project corridor including both trail termini and all easement areas.– Prepare base mapping at appropriate scale for design.– Prepare geotechnical report with recommendations for pavement design, drainage structures, retaining walls, and any areas of poor soils.– Prepare right–of–way and easement exhibit plans for any additional temporary construction easements or permanent easements required beyond the existing easement limits.– Provide shop drawing and submittal review.
