ITES-10662 - USA (Washington, DC) - Host and Maintain Comprehensive Hosting Services - Deadline July 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide host and maintain comprehensive hosting services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.• The Contractor shall establish and maintain a secure physical and virtual server environment to host a central Careware application database system.• The Contractor shall establish and maintain secure connections to the application database, such as but not limited to: VPN, secure web, and virtual desktop access.• The Contractor shall establish and maintain access for up to five (5) concurrent administrative users at a time.• The Contractor shall establish and maintain backup services and offsite storage of backup media.• The Contractor shall provide a security team to monitor, assess, and respond to security incidents following agency control standards, including related processes for destroying media• The Contractor shall provide access to back up data files to designated users and system administrator at the agency• The Contractor shall establish and maintain the system to ensure access for users, twenty–four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week• The Contractor shall establish and maintain a database that can accommodate and could grow to at least two hundred (200) gigabytes in size• The Contractor shall establish and maintain the server of at least 24 gigabytes in size.• The Contractor shall develop and maintain a system that accommodates the capacity to upload/download files on the network and test servers(2) The contract period will be for one year.
