(1) Vendor needs to provide mental health professionals services to the government authority located in Carson, NV.– Licensed mental health professionals capable of providing confidential, trauma–informed, and culturally competent behavioural health services.– Individual Counseling. Provide individual counseling for employees experiencing occupational stress, cumulative trauma exposure, critical incident stress, anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, sleep disturbances, relationship concerns, and other behavioural health needs associated with public safety professions.– Critical Incident Services. Provide behavioural health support, clinical interventions, and debriefings following critical incidents, including but not limited to officer–involved shootings, line–of–duty deaths, suicides, serious injuries, mass casualty incidents, and other traumatic events.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 2, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.
